Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall is a 2022 Japanese animated series starring Yui Ishikawa, Saori Hayami, Megumi Han, and Takuya Kirimoto. The production consists of one season with a 24-minute runtime per episode, spanning the animation, action and adventure, sci-fi and fantasy, and drama genres. Set in 2062 after a failed labor automation project leads an AI named Artemis to wage war against humanity, a girl named Empress awakens in a research lab as one of three surviving guardians tasked with destroying an Orbital Elevator to prevent a machine army from overrunning Earth.
