IF you see DD in the filename then it's a dolby atmos. DD5.1 / DDP5.1...

In my samsung pre installed editor it has hevc coding option ,does hevc degrade quality??

NO. Hevc is basically x265. it's update version of x264. It doesn't degrade quality +...
